ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Students participating in our program receive special kits consisting of 421 parts (including a motor and battery box) produced exclusively by Young Engineers. These kits become the property of the students. Students who own this kit can participate in our other terms, each consisting of 8 online workshops, by paying a term fee of 3,600 TL (including VAT).

Students who own this kit can also participate in the more advanced Galileo Technic program (30 weeks) with the same kit after completing the Brick Challenge program (30 weeks). Students in the 11-14 age group will transition to Galileo Technic quickly, starting from the final term of Bricks Challenge.

Our program aims to introduce children to the basic working principles of machines they see in real life while they enjoy building mechanical and robotic models.

Students who complete the 25-week section of the program are eligible to receive a STEM certificate.

Our students will build 3D models with the special motorized kits provided earlier and instructions shared through our online student portal after a brief theoretical explanation of the topic we will cover. They will have a lot of fun during this process and will have a better understanding of the subject because they apply it practically.

Leonardo da Vinci, Isaac Newton, and Archimedes, some of the most important figures in the fields of science and technology, are just a few of the scientists our students will get to know during the program.

Some of the topics we cover include: centrifugal force, centripetal force, inertia, kinetic energy, potential energy, action-reaction principle, lift force, torque (moment of rotation), leverage points, load distribution, force protection, and angular momentum.

KITS:

The motorized and multi-part Play Machines kits are specially developed for online education purposes by our international center (Young Engineers Ltd., USA) for this program. When you purchase the program, the kit provided to you consists of 421 pieces, a motor, a battery box, rubber bands, and a multi-compartment organizer to store these parts. The parts are compatible with LEGO®. The kit is delivered to you in a sealed package. It does not include the batteries required to operate the battery box.
